2023年5月25日，美国CPSC宣布对中国产游戏桌实施召回。此次召回产品为两种型号的Janod Sweet Cocoon游戏桌。产品适合12个月及以上儿童。三角形木桌宽约21英寸，高约18英寸，上面玩具由木头和金属制成。圆桌直径约22英寸。产品有灰色、粉色、蓝色、白色灯多种颜色，标签上印有型号J04402 或J04411。产品上的银色金属铃铛可能脱落，有造成儿童窒息的危险。
此次召回的产品于Sold from February to December 2022, about 5,080 units were sold in the United States and about 1,030 in Canada for $65- $83。截至目前，未有事故人员伤亡报告。
